Our tried-and-true picnic tables are the perfect for any occasion. Each table stands 18 in. tall. Between 2-4 guests can fit at each table, depending on comfort!

This massive bell tent is the perfect grand canopy for your event. Fitting up to nearly 25 adults sitting, this is a super chic and on-trend way to both entertain your guests and provide sun cover. This tent requires at least 35ft. of space to be enjoyed, as it is 19ft. all the way across!
Rental Fee: $400 per day. This includes set-up and clean-up.

We’ll return at a scheduled time for item pick-up.

Our team will deliver each rental item day-of for the event. We can also assist with set-up upon arrival for immediate display!
At the scheduled pick-up time, please have the item in the same spot as set-up for quick pick-up.
We provide free delivery for locations within 15 miles of Doylestown and Mt. Pocono. An additional $2/mile will be charged for anything beyond 15 miles.
Our inventory items are built by hand or sourced from special vintage collections. Most rental items are made of more fragile materials (like wicker or wood). We put a lot of trust in our customers to take care of items while they are in their hands, but of course, accidents can happen!
If an item is damaged, broken, stained, etc. while in your care, please make us aware of this as soon as you can.
Upon inspection of the item(s), Keystone Picnics will make an informed decision on any damage/replacement fee(s) that will be applied as a remaining balance and charged automatically to the card on file used for final payment.
Keystone Picnics is not liable for any injury or illness that is the result of misuse, or any other accident, that may occur with the item while it is in the clients’ care.
For inclimate weather, we will always move our rentals indoors if available on-site. However, due to the structural nature of our vintage favorites, we cannot allow rentals outdoors in poor conditions.
We always hope to reschedule in this case, and will do our best to work with you and your party for a new date.
