Starting at $225 for two guests, $35 for each additional guest.
Our team will take care of all the styling and breakdown on the day of the event- so you can sit back, relax, and simply enjoy.

We have a standard set-up that is included in all picnics (unless otherwise requested).
This means that each picnic will have:
) One Plush Quilt Base Layer
) One Rustic Low Picnic Table
) Several Stylish Accent Rest Pillows
) A Themed Tablescape
) Use of a Vintage-Style Polaroid Camera
) A 10-Pack of Film for the Camera
) A Handmade Photo Booklet
As another option, you can enhance your “afternoon outdoors” with several add-ons to completely customize this experience!
This set-up begins at $200 for two guests. $30/guest thereafter (up to a total of 20 guests).

Operating in Pennsylvania, we craft our picnics in Doylestown and Mt. Pocono (for Bucks and Monroe county).
Exceptions for surrounding cities and other in-state areas may be made at our discretion considering distance, scheduling, and changes in weather. We love to travel! Contact us for more information.

FOR CATERING:
Enjoy your meal (set-up for when you arrive) without the hassle of picking it up and transporting it beforehand.
Place and pay for an order with your favorite local restaurant available within 10 miles of your service site, and we’ll have it ready at your arrangement. Choose this add-on option during booking.

Our picnics are held outdoors (in a public space, or private residence). In the event of unsuitable weather conditions (rain, flooded grounds, wind storms, etc.) your booking will be rescheduled as soon as possible in regards to your availability (or within the next picnic season).

While we do not offer refunds, we do provide rescheduling for our services up to six months from your original service date in the case of a change in weather (see above).

To maintain the best quality for our clients, all picnics and parties must be booked at least a week and a half in advance from the date of service. To lock in your date, we require a 25% non-refundable down payment. We currently provide pop-up picnics for up to 20 guests.
