✧ RENTAL RESPONSIBILITY
This is a rental service. Items provided for client use are not being purchased when scheduling a booking. The client must maintain reasonable care and safety while using any item provided by us during the scheduled time set during their booking (or in text/email). Keystone Picnics cannot be held liable or responsible for injury or harm that may occur through all client use of our service. The client agrees to these conditions when booking our service. We ask that all damage to our items be reported directly to our personal contact; in reference to the severity of the damages to the décor, clients will be required to pay an itemized bill covering the expenses to repair the décor damaged during their use.
✧ HEALTH & SAFETY MEASURES
Each item surface is wiped/washed/rinsed and sanitized between client experiences, ensuring all décor pieces are fresh and clean when used in a display, including machine-washed linens, new dishes, and sanitized seating.

Keystone Picnics and Samax Ideas LLC cannot be held liable for any damage, harm, or illness that may effect/affect our clients (or their guests) during or after the use of our services (as a result of our service operations, décor, or other incident). The client, at the time of booking, accepts responsibility and complete liability for any damage, harm, or illness that may effect/affect our clients (or their guests) during or after the use of our services (as a result of our service operations, décor, or other incident). The client, at the time of booking, agrees to having read and will abide by all conditions applicable in our F.A.Q. section discussing adverse weather, refunds, and other terms of service.
